2) Restartthedevice,waitfor30seconds,andthendialtheSIMcard

telephonenumber,enter

"*158#"toquerytheIPaddress;

Note:Ifreporting theIP address is0.0.0.0, which  meansthatthegatewaycouldnot obtaina IP

addresssuccessfully.Pleasecheck:

1) Makesurethedevicehavebeenconnectedtothenetwork;

2) MakesuretheDHCPServeris

working.IfthereisnoDHCPServer,pleasesettheIPofdevice

tostaticIP.


